What is an Aerial Bunch Cable?
Aerial Bunch Cable is an assembly of aluminium phase conductors stranded together in the right-hand direction, an optional lighting conductor, and a messenger conductor, all wrapped within a robust insulation coating of PVC or XLPE. Construction of ABC
In the construction of ABC, we draw Aluminium rods up to the desired diameter and stranded together for high performance and durability. Insulation of XLPE is done, which is very robust. The stranded wires are twisted together with messenger wire made of high-density aluminium alloy to provide mechanical support. The dimensions are according to the specific client's needs. After construction, it undergoes a series of tests to check safety and performance.
